colosseum, brutality, blood

Under the monument so high

Buried thousand cries

Man created hell of such a big size

A torture land in disguise

Turning deaf towards the sighs

Watching murder was not surprise

The clamor touched the skies

When blood shed or a slave died

Great civilization that ever rise

Could not assess the life’s price

People were called so wise

Sowed the seeds of own demise
